Ram for imac 333 rev D os 10.3 panther preloaded

Looking at a very cheap 333 rev d with 128meg ram, Panther is on it.
But i Want to add 256meg more ram, if i can to help it along.

I think there SO-DIMMS but dont know if 144, or 200, pin and what speed?
Eg: PC 66, 100, 133, 266, 333, etc. Can you use faster ram? than you need?
If you can't get the right speed; if you need ram thats slow (PC 66) etc.

Ebay has a lot of cheap ram of this type for notebooks so any infomation
on the right RAm would be a great help. And anyother sujestions.

Thanks All.

PC66 or PC 100 will work fine. They are 144 pin SO-DIMMs (with the lower slot being a low-profile one). 3.3v, I think. You can put a max of 512 MB in each slot.

You can use faster RAM, but it will still talk to the processor at 66 MHz.
