lol, its a pretty fun game... absolutely nothing like actually playing a guitar, but its still fairly entertaining. Just wish they had more of the music I like

Here's an interesting thought:
Buy a real guitar, learn to play it, become a real-life guitar hero.

I'll second that. A real guitar is much more fun.

My roommate got God of War, and he really liked it. He loaned it to a friend and he and his roommate stayed up all night to beat it. And I really liked GTA 3 though SA, very fun games, good for letting out some frustration.

If you Guitar Hero, you should try Gitarroo Man. Basically the same thing with out the goofy controller and better original songs.
I never got to big into the game, mostly because I suck at it, I play real guitar, not Sony's version of it.

This game is incredibly addictive. My wife hates video games, but played "I Love Rock and Roll" at least 10 times in a row in her first sitting. Now she thinks she's Stevie Ray Vaughn.

All the women folk in my group of friends are obsessed with Karaoke Revolution for the Xbox. It comes out at almost every party.

All my friends are obsessed with that game. Whenever I go over their houses I'm forced to play, which isn't bad but I suck at the game. They're all experts, it's kind of a pain playing with them but it's still fun. It's a game you need to play by yourself for a few solid hours to get decent at, something I wouldn't/can't do. (I don't have a PS2 any more)
