I made 3 partitions on my hard drive on my Pismo. Then I sold it.
Now the person I sold it to would like to join the last 2 partitions and keep the first one untouched.
Is this possible without reformatting the hard disk?

thanks

Get FWB's HDT. It will allow you to delete the last two partitions and recreate a new larger one. You'll lose the data on the last 2 partitions but the first one will remain.

FWB HDTK only works if the drive was originally formatted with its drivers...

Not really, if you install its drivers (if the drive was partitioned using apple's drive setup then there is normally sufficient drive space reserved for HDTK's drivers) you should then be able to modify the existing partitions.
