It might be true. Supposedly Apple has been shipping Jag to resellers already, so they might have it sitting on the shelf, and thinking ...hm, why don't we sell these a little earlier.

New computer systems also have Jag on them already installed, so I think the offer might be true.

I am waiting for my copy from Apple...days are passing really slow lately.

Apple says Jaguar ships the 24th... this means the 24th.

My order for Jaguar was updated today to "parially shipped" whatever that means. No tracking number was available.
