Well I find that I am really, really liking Thunderbird and want to use it more often until I see Tiger's Mail but the only kink is that I cannot find an easy way to import all my Address Book entrys into Thunderbird's address.
If so, go to Address Book and select the "All" group in the left hand pane (or whichever you wish to export). Go to File>Export Group vCard... and save to wherever. Then import into Thunderbird. I think that should work.
