Recently my cable provider is now requiring SMTP authentication when sending mail, as if that wasn't a big enough pain, Entourage NEVER seems to remember the password forcing me to re-enter it (its a 9 digit #) each time I want to send mail.
Second of all, when I type text into that field its goes in EXTREMELY slow and thirdly, I have to manually select the password field 2 or 3 times before it focuses in on it...and even at times both the login and password field have the focus ring around it.
This is quite an annoying bug...and I'd appreciate anyone else who can confirm this for me.
My entourage has all X updates except the network security one.
Running a G4 867 OS X 10.1.3 w/ new Java 1.3.1 update. (I couldn't confirm this bug with any other build as I didn't need to use SMTP Auth. until today)
