I just found out about a couple cool AIM bots you can use with ichat:
aolyellowpages: an easy way to look stuff up
infocombot: some cool text based adventure games
I heard a rumour that someone was working on a PHP documentation AIM bot, but I don't know if it ever got finished. That would be sweet.
Any others?

add myiprelay = text on Instant message of calling from your im box.. Just type in a phone numbers and began to call from your im box.
and
hovrsim: webcam interpreters for the deaf- get on webcam and call thru operator with sign lanuages and talk directly thru to the numbers you're calling to
