I find it interesting. Would call such a serious subject as sign language funny. I have a good friend that does sign language.

i don't think the link is making fun of sign language. i mean, all of its interpretation are patently absurd.
the opening sentence is "For decades, mankind has longed to be deaf." for Pete's sake. besides, i don't think they're picking on people that sign, or the deaf. it's really all about hand gestures. and we can all relate to that.
