Hi. i just came across an article that said you should fully charge your ipod right out of the box. I remember when I got my mini, Just trying to remove the plastic cover caused the ipod to turn on. I played around with it for a couple of minutes, i.e checked the wheel and backlight ect. before I charged it. Did i do something wrong?
Thanks

No. That is what I did too. I set the prefs and everything before I plugged it in. I let it then charge fully overnight from the AC adapter then plugged it into my Mac and synced my songs with it.
