Hello all-- Have a major problem. I have a 15-in. PB, less than a year old. When I plugged inthe power cord today, there was no light ring, green or amber, and the battery is completely dead. There doesn't seem to be any juice getting to the machine. I know the charger works, because I tried it with another powerbook here in the office. Any suggestions? I really need to get my PB working again!
thanks.

Maybe the power connector is broken? How old is it? Have an Apple Genius look at it if it's still under warranty.

if it's less than a year old and you don't have applecare then 1) get to the apple store ASAP and get someone to look at your pb, and 2) buy applecare--you can find it online for as little as $270 and it might just save you much more than that down the road.

Sigh.
