	FCP 1.2, upgradeable to FCP 4.5 HD for $399 and the FCP 4.5 HD production suite(!) for $699 $150 includes box, all original materials, and shipping. It is the full version, and not academic. The production suite includes FCP 4.5, Soundtrack, Motion, DVD Studio Pro 3, etc... From Apple's site: "Customers who own Final Cut Pro (versions 1, 2, 3 or 4) can save by upgrading to Production Suite and receive the all the latest releases Final Cut Pro HD, Motion, DVD Studio Pro and Soundtrack."
