I've noticed a few old threads being dug up recently. I'm not sure whether it's been posted before but Google/vBulletin seem to be to blame.

If I go and find a thread on the forums and then do a search for that thread title on Google, I am met with a page like this: http://forums.macnn.com/archive/index.php/f-103.html I haven't attempted to work out what the threads on that page are ordered by (e.g date) but the top one is from 2004, hence they keep getting resurrected by innocent people searching on Google and trying to be helpful.

Is this strange [Archive] page that can be found on Google a feature or a bug of Google or vBulletin?

And here's a great example, http://forums.macnn.com/showthread.php?t=190428 a three year old thread dug up earlier today, probably through the type of page above.
