My father has an original Titanium PowerBook 500 MHz G4, but I found out he's only running 256 MB of RAM! With a birthday coming up, more memory will be a nice gift.
I was looking at OWC and their RAM options, but I had a few questions.
--Is 1 GB the max amount of supported/unsupported RAM for this machine?
--Will the PC133 RAM work instead of the PC100? Will there be a performance difference?
Thanks in advance!

1GB is the official maximum; even if it unofficially supports more, I doubt you can find 1GB PC133 SO-DIMMs.
PC133 will work, but yield no performance difference.

You may want to look at http://macsales.com too. They'll probably tell you exactly which ram you need and how much of it.
I can't imagine running OS X with 256 megs of ram.
