I'd check the command line admin guide. That's probably the only way. Use a command line utility to spit everything out, and then print that. You can redirect it into a text document so you don't have to copy and paste.
Open WM, Shift-clik the users you want to export, go to File > Export. A dialog box pops-up exlaining that passwords have to be added manually once exported.
The exported file is a XML doc.
