Importing addresses/calendar into Entourage from Outlook.

I've almost completed my switch...but there's one big obstacle I'm facing.
It appears that there's no way to directly import a .pst (or other Outlook format) into Entourage. I really don't want to re-enter all of the information.
Are there any alternatives?

One possibility is to use (at your own risk, of course) this free/donation-ware: Outlook2Entourage.
There are also some useful links that you can find by searching on the net...
