For the first page, the drop shadow rollovers need fixing.
It might be me. I just hate drop shadows. :/
Maybe do something like you did for the thumbnails�I don't know.

I agree about the shadow mouse-overs on the index page-- maybe they're just a tad too dark. But overall, beautiful! I presume the animated bits are flash? How did you achieve the fade from one large image to the other? That's so much nicer than just swapping jpegs.
Oh, and your photography is frickin' fantastic, too.
