first off, i dont know if this in the right forum. Any way my question is that im getting a new Dell(Dont get mad, There is reasoning behind it), and my old on(which is a dell) is going upstairs. I was wondering if it was possible to install OS X on a dell computer? why or why not? What would i neeed to to. Thanks in advance

Yes, it can be done.
No, Apple doesn't want you to do it. And because Apple's EULA forbids it, the administrators and moderators of this forum forbid discussing it.

Its technically possible, but illegal. Apple continues to "hone" the code to ensure that OSX only runs on Macintoshs.
