ive had boot camp installed for a while, and now it is unused, and taking up a good deal of hard disk space. So i open boot camp assistant to remove it. it gives me three options, i pick restore startup disk. It goes through the steps, then says the startup disk is now a single partion, and that i must restart my computer now.
So i do
Then my computer starts back up, and the windows partion is still there. What am i doing wrong?

Hmmm, I am having the same problem. I have removed a windows partition before using boot camp, and it worked just fine for me. However, this time there are a series of strange bugs and/or viruses on my windows partition, and I believe this is what's causing the problem! Is is possible that your partition for windows is "bugged?"
