I've found tidbits around that say this is possible but I haven't found good directions on how to implement this...
I want to be able to sync my firefox bookmarks with .mac.
Question about this is... Do I have to choose Firfox or Safari...or will it sync both or consolidate the bookmarks?
It would be great if they could share the same bookmars through .mac sync.
Thanks
Mark

There's stuff you can get at version tracker or macupdate to copy your bookmarks to FireFox.
But with .Mac, just sync your bookmarks from Safari and then open the bookmarks file in FireFiox and you have your bookmarks right there. Works with any browser, even on the peecee side.

Any updates on this? I'm hooked on .mac bookmark syncing, but I am starting to prefer Firefox to the creaky-feeling Safari. Alas, what's a Mac Firefox user to do?

Anyone, Bueller, Bueller?
I know there are a lot of Firefox users out there and someone must have built a plugin for this.

Google Browser Sync
http://www.google.com/tools/firefox/...ync/index.html
Has anyone tried this? I downloaded it, but when I read the instructions it said that any users of Firefox on any of the shared computers could see the information that is being sync'd. What's up with that?! Does this mean that if I install it then anyone with a DIFFERENT account on my computer will also get sync'd? That may be the most insecure implementation of any software I have seen in a long time. I'm hoping that I am just misunderstanding.
Has anyone tried this? Can you clarify for me?
thanks,
kman
