Recently, it just became really apparent to me that my 12" Rev. B PowerBook seems to have a really slow pixel response time. Almost any kind of window dragging or page scrolling at regular/reasonable speeds seem to cause the moving contents to "smear" on the screen. The display was probably like this all along since I got the PowerBook, but is it that just my PowerBook's display is unusually slow, or are all 12" PowerBook screens this slow, pixel-response-wise?

I never experienced that on my 12" PB(rev c, 1.33Ghz). Are you sure the CPU/GPU isn't being pegged with displaying lots of items on the desktop and or something running in the background?
I've only had laggy display performance when I once left too many files/folders on my older 15" PowerBook(1.25Ghz) and re-organizing solved that.

I'm not talking about the system performance, but the actual responsiveness of the LCD itself.
