How to create a private podcast feed on dropbox?

	I use radioshift to record radio programs and these download to my dropbox public folder. I wanted to be able to set it up to subscribe to them as a podcast feed. The only instructions I could find to do this using Google involved Folder actions but I can't get this to work. Does anyone have any code or know how I might be able to put together some code to make it work?
