Recosoft has launched three iPad versions of its PDF conversion tool, PDF2Office, in the App Store. All three editions share a common interface for viewing and converting PDFs, but differ in the format that they export documents to.
PDF2Office Lite converts PDFs to editable Text and RTF files,
PDF2Office for iWork, converts PDFs to editable Pages, Keynote and Numbers files, and
PDF2Office Business, converts PDFs to editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OmniGraffle formats. The apps currently range in price from free up to $7, but will all see price rises after August 31.
Embrace-4 iPhone bumper launched
Embrace-4, an
aluminum bumper designed for the iPhone 4/4S, has been launched by Esoterism. The bumper protects the entire edge of the device, and includes a free backplate for additional protection. Back plates are offered in Carbon Black, Titanium Gray, and Opus Noir, while the Embrace features a silver finish. Currently the case can be purchased online for $69, however, the price will soon rise to $89.
