Has anyone else been getting a lot of crashes in Safari?

When loading a site, sometimes Safari just disappears and you're thrown back to the main menu. This is a crash.

It seems to be happening with increasing frequency for me. I'm not sure if I just happened to visit sites that give Safari trouble, or if something else is happening.

it has happened to me a few times and is annoying because it forces me to log into many sites over again.

I think he meant iPhone Safari. Hence this being the iPod/iPhone/AppleTV forum.

It's unstable for me, too. D:

Safari on iPhone has some stability issues for sure. We all just have to wait for Apple to fix the bugs.

Yeah, I was referring to the iPhone Safari. I've also seen a couple crashes in Mail, although not as many.

Those sorts of crashes can happen with bad memory, so I wanted to see if I was the only one getting them -- pointing to a hardware issue. But, it looks like I'm not. I look forward to the next software update.

Yeah, I had safari crashing on me on just about every site I tried loading. I did a restore via iTunes and haven't seen the problem since then...

I do a restart every once in a while, maybe clear the cache and history, and all is good.

Safari still crashes on me and I have had some connection issues with beejive.com
Maybe I am spoiled by my ibook, but this doesn't seem to get as good wifi as it does.
