I have a problem with Microsoft Word. Whenever I try and print something it closes and says "Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close." Has anyone ever had this happen to this before? What do I need to do to get it to work???

Try trashing all the pref files in the master Library and the user Library.

You can further test it by creating a new user account, logging in to that user account and see if Word works appropriately in that account.
