This new app seems to implement the xml-rpc capabilities now available in Applescript. In Verisontracker there is a d/l of some scripts listed as Drop the Soap. SOAP is a derivative of the XML protocol that was defined and first implemented via Frontier and Dave Winer back in 1998 when he was exploring the possibilites that existed beyong http for a server/client interchange of data.

This app is the first I've seen that begins to shed light on where Apple, OS X, Darwin, and information on the internet is headed. Light years ahead of search engines and similar data retrival/connection implementations.

Kudos to the people behind this
