Sun tanning lamps can do the same thing. The heat rises so GRADUALLY you are not aware of it until it's too late; you fall asleep and next thing you know you are red as a lobster and your pee-wee is crispy fried. This is an outrage. I just hope the poor little scientist guy is still able to have some children. Thank God his thingy did not just fall off. This should be a WAKE up call to Ti users everywhere. Thanks for keeping us all informed of this tragic and unfortunate incident.

That's... the most bizzare thing I've read all month!
At least powerbooks have the processors and the little pad for the heatsink in back! (You'd have to be in a pretty strange position to have that over your private bits, don't you think?)
Of course, be careful not to burn anything else while burning DVDs!
