Hello,
I have an older PowerMac - B&W G3/450 (1Ghz G4 Card), 1Gb RAM and running OS 10.3.9
I currently have a D-Link Vonage Wireless Router(g) (for my TiVo) and would like to have the wireless feature for my desktop that I plan to move to a different location within my house.
Is this as simple as purchasing a wirelss PCI card and installing? Do I have to install any Airport software?
Many thanks in advance.

Software you have already, but you must get a compatible wireless card. I think only the Apple Airport card will do.

PCI cards......check Belkin, D-link etc......google is your friend !
The B&W, aka Yosemite & Yikes, did NOT have internal airport slots. That started with the Sawtooths

Personally I find it hilarious that you have the hots for my gramma. Especially seeins how she is 3x your age, and makes your Brittney-Spears-wannabe 30-something wife look like a rag doll who went thru WWIII with a burning stick of dynamite up her a** :)
