Hey guys,
Basically, I just want to lie in bed at night with my xbox controller in hand and play games using my iPad as the monitor instead of a TV.
Anyone know the best way to accomplish this with the best looking video quality?
TIA!

To be clear, you want to use your iPad as a monitor?

I'm almost positive you're out of luck. Does the xBox have a digital video out? Mine's hooked up to my TV with component cables.

Some quick Googling implies there isn't an SDK or an API for video in. There doesn't even seem to be jailbreak options.
Not that it wouldn't rock on toast as a field monitor.

You'd have to find a way to send the video from the Xbox over wifi.
Or Microsoft needs to expand Xbox live beyond just controlling your Xbox and viewing content on your Xbox ( http://www.techradar.com/news/gaming/consoles/my-xbox-live-app-update-brings-full-companion-remote-to-ipad-1089173 ), which I believe is part of it's future plan.
