Anyone have a set of OS 7.6 floppies hanging around? I have a dead (missing OS) PB 5300c sitting here and no way of getting an OS on it. It's the school I work for PB and it is in prestine condition...thought I'd have a kid use it for word or something...
Thanks!

Apple has 7.5.3 available for download from their site here. There is then a 7.5.5 update, I'm not sure about 7.6 though.

Wasn't 7.6 a "new" OS? I've got it on CD, but not floppies. I don't think 7.6 is a freebie yet.

7.6 is not and probably never will be a freebie. I just sold a copy on ebay for $25! I think you can get it on floppy or create them from the cd, though.

I have 7.6 that came with a PowerMax computer, and I'm almost positive there are 1.4 MB disk images or whatnot to make floppies with. I think. I'm at school so I can't really check.
