Alright, I am turning to you guys because I have no idea were to look. I tried, apple support forums but they were of no hope. My problem is that randomly my computer will completely freeze with the exception of mouse movements. I was having this problem before, and tried a fresh install, fresh install with no installed programs, new RAM, old RAM, and now with a newly replaced logic board. The freeze happened again today and the clock stopped at 10:52am and got it back by putting to sleep (which took awhile) and then awakening. Here are the system.log entried around the time the problem occured.

Is there anyway I can disable the netinfo lookup or is this a problem with the network/airport card. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

This is not a network problem. NetInfo is a local issue unless you're on an OS X network, and it also says it's a localhost connection problem. That's very strange, though. I don't have much of an answer for you right now, especially in light of everything you did to try to fix the problem.

I have changed the computer name in all instances (don't like my name being broadcast), is it possible that this is causing the problem?

This happened on my 1st Gen iMac G5. Turns out that the WHOLE processor had to be replaced including the logic board. May be a processor problem.

Interesting. Makes for an interesting problem. I already had the logic board replaced once, what are the chances that both were duds. I have changed the computer name back to the default and will see if the problem comes up again. I am sort of thinking about trying a new user account and see if it happens again also. This is my first mac and thus far have been a bit disappointed as it has recurring problems and already been in the shop once already. Thanks for the help.
