If you are in their ADC as a student ($99 one-time fee, but one-time purchase) you can get one for $199.

Not a good deal if you want just the mini, but if you want a new system/display, it's a great deal as you can buy all the accessories you want. Generally the discount is 20% off everything, but you can only buy once, and you must be a student enrolled in development/programming courses.
