I checked it out. After Clicking through it brings you to OS X 10.0.3 download page....not very helpful.

I din't get 10.0.3 I got -
Did not receive any response from application. It is possible that the application does not exist, or that the requested url is incorrect.
So maybe it's just not linked up yet

I got the agreement as well, I meant after clicking on the agree link I got the above error not the 10.0.3 update.
