you are not getting it. the dude has been swimming his whole life. the constant stretching and contracting is going to make his spine longer than normal.
like I said before, swimmers of olympic caliber have trouble competing in other sports like basketball or soccer because their joints are so loose from swimming so much. the ligaments and muscles around his spine have been stretched out and built up so much from swimming his whole life.
that's the reason his measurements are out of proportion. it has nothing to do with his genetics and all to do with how he's trained his body his. entire. life.
go do some measurements on his dad. I bet the man has a finely proportioned body. and do some measurements on his sisters or mom. I bet they're proportioned just fine too.
