Please advise me on how to set up my iMac DVSE to share a single printer HP Deskjet 970Cxi with a Pentium PC. Do I need an Ethernet card for the PC or can I just link up both computers to the printer, one USB and one parallel.

Any comments and advice appreciated.

If your printer has a USB and a parallel port i think you can just use it with both machines as long as you have the right drivers.

For other exchange things check out http://www.macwindows.com there you can find a whole bunch of cross platform networking issues.
