I am having problems trying to get my Final Cut Pro movies to encode properly.

I have tried using FFMPEGX and iPSP, and I have the same problem - when encoding a file that was exported to QuickTime using Final Cut Pro, the resulting file has proper audio, but the video is accelerated through the very first few seconds of the track, and the PSP shows it as a corrupt file.

I have also tried saving the exported FCP file by opening it in QuickTime player and trying different codecs, and both apps view the file as corrupted when I try this.

I have been successful converting a Metal Gear Solid 3 trailer to a PSP MP4 file, but for some reason Final Cut Pro exports aren't cooperating. Anyone have a solution that can help me?

I am having the same problem with all ffmpegx - using QT or MOV movies - .DV format as well - movies directly entered or made on iMovie. Video is accelerated. Audio is fine.

In addition, sometime i just get 0K from translating a file.

I can dump my files on PSPware and they translate and go onto my PSP (pspware has worked great but i can't get the files directly from it)- have you tried that?
But i want a copy of one of my rock videos in PSP format so I can post it for download from my web site.

Please let me know if you find any solutions.
