Riddle:

What comes out at 3 AM, hates light, hangs out in my 3rd floor condo, and smushes nicely with a flat heeled shoe?

Answer:

The more I look at it... the more I think it is a cockroach. It's the fourth one I've found this late Spring, always late in the night. Any opinions? Is this something an association would normally need to take care of as there might be more of them through out the building?

Looks like a cockroach to me!

I'm no expert though, we don't have them in Alaska.

Yes it's a cockroach and it sounds like your whole building could need fumigating. Encouragement for residents not to leave food out, etc. and to keep garbage areas clean might be helpful too.

What's the mystery? It's a common cockroach.

Have you never seen a cockroach before?

Think of it merely as an opportunity for a hilarious adventure.
