Is there a way to show a 2 page side by side view similar to the one in Word 2007?

Use the zoom control at the bottom of the window, select"Two up" instead of "one up".

There may be another way to do it but that's the technique I use.

We'll see what Word 2008 brings but Pages > Word 2004 for me.

Numbers, now, needs several iterations to get close to Excel.

i too must admit that I love nearly everything apple and the software they come out with is really for "us" to do things with...
