Early reports on the Mac support forums of WoW are showing very good performance on iMac Core Duos, some of which at face value rival that of the high end Power Macs.

Kudos to Blizz.

Great patch, the game is absolutely stunning on my 20" Intel iMac. Especially since I played before on a 12" PowerBook. Thanks much!

Speaking of which, I'd love to see gaming performance on the 2 GHz iMac and the high-end Macbook when it comes out. Wonder how similar they are?
