I do some tech work for a non-profit theater (aren't they all, really). They are in need of a portable for their boxoffice - so that they can take orders semi-efficiently - but (here's the shocker
) they can't afford even the refurbs. I'm hoping to find somebody with a dead macbook (that's been sitting in their closet or under the bed or wherever) they're looking to part with for minimal hassle so that I can donate my labor to the repair and get them a working machine in a price range they can afford.
