ZIP copying and Sound problems

	All, I am experiencing problems with zip copying, it is very very, very slow. 0.5mb every 3seconds. Sound is also giving me problems, it gets distorted and nasty as the zip is mounting or leaving the desktop.. Can anybody suggest something?? Thanks, Ian
