It was back up for a few minutes for me but it's down again. Also the store was down while the main site was up.

Down for me too at 12:30am ..hope it's not an OS X server crash. Their stock goes up and the site crashes...not good.

At the bottom, the "Powered by XServe" is gone, replaced by "Powered by OS X Server".

I've never seen "Powered by Xserve" on apple.com. I've always seen "Powered by Mac OS X Server."
