So, we've already made a transfer from an old one to the Elite we now have. A little birdy told me the inlaw got the Kinect version. What do we do to do another transfer? (we'd likely want to resell/give the Elite version.)

Do you have the transfer cable and software? Use the transfer cable and software to transfer your stuff (DLC, avatar stuff, saved games, and profiles, etc.) to your new machine.

Then you have to transfer the DLC licenses to the new one. You can find out how to do that on Microsoft's Xbox Live site. If you've copied all the DLC over this will go fast.
