Has this project been abandoned? I haven't seen an update since 0.2 was released and there doesn't appear to be any news/info that I can track down. Has anyone heard anything?

I'm the developer of Video Monkey, and I wanted to post to say that, yes, Video Monkey is still in active development. Just a few days after your post I released version 0.4, which added Metadata support. You can now view, modify, write and search for metadata. It's really cool. And just today I've release a 0.5 version with Snow Leopard support and a few bug fixes.
Check it out here:

Hello cmarrin. Is there a 25FPS to 23.976 conversion feature in Video Monkey as I've discussed here? The framerate selection should contain: Convert Framerate (no change in runtime) and Assume Framerate (framerate takes on the actual value you set).
