Look, Im not saying these kids are saints, I only have a problem with all six of them being charged with attempted murder. I also think the kid who threw the first punch should get the most time.
I also dont think a kids life should be ruined because of this one incident. If the victim is fully recovered, then some of the 6 should be given a second chance at life...
That's the thing, it isn't just one incident. This kid has several prior assault charges. Maybe the courts are sick of giving out second, third, and fourth chances. Maybe they should charge his gaurdian/s.

Hmmm, you're going to have to explain that one to me
Like I said, I dont think these kids should have their lives ruined for this one incident. Sure, ONE kid has priors, but what does that have to do with the other 5?
