Don't know what's happening w/ the threads, but here's my question:
So I've got a M$ wireless keyboard/mouse on my PC that is about 2 feet from my iMac. I'd like to go w/ a wireless desktop set for my iMac, but am worried about interference.
I know these devices have multiple channels for eliminating interference, however I still have heard of one mouse controlling to other computers screen, etc....
What if I go w/ logitech on the mac w/ M$ on the other?
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

I doubt it will be an issue, but if you're concerned just pick a different technology. If your MS keyboard/mouse is BlueTooth, get an RF keyboard/mouse; if its RF, get a BlueTooth keyboard/mouse.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. However, I'm not happy w/ the BT offerings for the Mac right now.....maybe I'll wait until the Mighty Mouse comes out in BT

FWIW I use a logitech rf keyboard and mouse combo and the ati remote wonder (also rf) with no problems at all. No interference from my roommates wireless KB/mouse either.

I'm using a MS Wireless Optical keyboard and a Logitech wireless mouse (didn't like the MS mouse) on the same desk, same G5, the two receivers sitting next to each other.
Works great. I plan to move my home office all to wireless keyboards & mice over the next 2 years (4 sets). Hopefully I won't run into interference issues :-)
At work, I use a Logitech keyboard + mouse combo. So do most of the folks in the office (either Logitech or MS). We have individual offices (10x15) though. Anyway, no interference issues that I know of there either.
