Ok, everyone, I have a few things for sale today:

First off is a 20" G5 iMac (ALS) that I have owned since I bought it new as a refurb. It's got a 2.0 GHz G5 processor and is maxed out with 2 GB of RAM. It has a 250 GB hard drive and SuperDrive. Aesthetically it's in fantastic condition with no scratches or scrapes (it basically sat on one desk and was never moved.) The screen looks great with no dead pixels (that I can see, anyways) and it will come with the original packaging, cables, documentation, and original restore discs. It's a great machine that has served me well for many years, but I've upgraded to a 27" TB iMac, so it's time for this one to go.

Now, in the interest of full disclosure, here, there is one issue:
Whenever doing anything particularly processor-intensive, like watching flash videos, working in iMovie, etc. It will work just fine for about ten minutes or so, then it will force itself to sleep. It will instantly wake when prompted to do so, but it is rather annoying. Casual web browsing or word processing doesn't seem to make it happen, though. Now, I've never been too bothered to diagnose or fix the problem, so I can't advise you how to fix it. This will be sold strictly as-is, but I can tell you that it's running great right now, and that it starts up fine. Pictures will be available to any interested parties.

I will re-install the OS using the original restore discs before shipping, and will ship via any method you choose (and are willing to pay for.) Paypal only. SOLD. CONUS only, please.

Next is a chiclet-style Apple bluetooth keyboard. It's the older model that requires 3 AAA batteries rather than two. There's not much to say about this one, except for that it's cleaned up and all shiny, and works perfectly. Paypal only. $35 shipped via USPS in the CONUS.

Lastly is a Logitech Performance Mouse MX. I bought this mouse because it uses the Darkfield Laser tech, and it's been the only mouse I've found that works reliably on a clear glass desk. It looks like new, and will come with all original documentation, software, and packaging. Paypal only. $45 shipped via USPS in the CONUS.

Please PM me with any inquiries. Thanks for looking!

The sleepy iMac sounds like the power supply / capacitor plague issue. Which was very common in the G5 / G5 ALS iMacs.

If the PS does fail (or someone needs max performance) it costs around $100 the last time I checked to get a rebuilt PS. The couple I've dealt with were simple enough to swap out.

Power supply is $75 from Apple if you trade in the old one.
