New Imac: How to get video in?

Im sure a number of you have bought the new 20 incher with the hopes of pulling some double duty as a tv. So how do you do it? I'd like to be able to watch tv, and hook in my PS2 from time to time.
I've seen the ATI usb unit, but supposedly theres some lag that keeps it from being used as a decent tv input. Is the el gato one any better? Any other options out there?

A delay is not a problem when watching TV, but it makes playing games impossible. Supposedly one model of USB TV input has no appreciable delay, but I don't remember what model it is.

How exactly does this work? Would I need to pick up a wireless keyboard to sit on a couch and watch TV? Is there maybe some way to get the remote to control TV? And most importantly, how is the picture quality?

FWIW, I have an internal TV PCI card on my G4 Powermac. It came with its own remote control, and works as well as any other remote. I would assume the USB TV input solutions also come with their own remote. And I wouldn't be surprised if you'll be able to use Apple's remote at some point in the near future. And you could always buy a remote from a 3rd party and program it to work in your TV app.
As for picture quality, I wouldn't expect anything spectacular unless you get some sort of HD thing (which I've never heard of). The normal TV signal resolution is much lower than your computer screen, so you're going to get some degradation. From a distance it looks just fine, but from pretty close up you can notice scan lines. I mainly use my TV card to record shows for later playback. I don't regularly watch TV on it.

The lag is due to mpeg4 encoder built into the TV Tuners. You have to find one without it for no lag, but I haven't found any for a mac yet.

I've used TV tuners without onboard encoding and they still had about the same lag.
