Wasn't sure what forum to post this in, so just went with this one. I signed up for the ADC student membership, bought the 99.00 gift certificate, paid for it, entered my student number and school, ect. Now I have the ADC student gift certificate in my Assests page, but on the right it has a check box and says transfer. I looked up what to do on the information page, and it says to go to the purchase page and add a ADC student program to your cart for 0$ after you purchase the gift certificate for 99.00 which I did. When I go to the purchase page, there is no ADC Student program for 0$, just the Gift certifiate for $99. I am confused as to what I am supposed to do. Did I do something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The gift certificate is only useful if you bought the membership as a gift to someone else. You can transfer it to someone with an ADC online membership that's been identified as a stuent. If you intended to purchase an ADC Student membership for yourself, you should have purchased one directly. I'd suggest you contact ADC support if you'd intended to purchase the membership for yourself.

I though that the gift certificate was the only thing there was. I didn't see a student purchase option for anything else. Anyway, thanks for your help. I am going to call ADC on Monday. I guess their closed on weekends.

I just had to go through the EXACT same thing, and was successful. Are you sure you're logged in when you go back to the Purchase section? If you are, it'll be there. PM or email me if you want more help with this.
