So-called Chooser Won't Choose Desktop Printer

	This one seems too simple for its own good... I go into the chooser, select "HP Deskjet" (my printer), but on the right side, under "Select a HP Deskjet" nothing appears. I can't choose "Setup" to configure my printer and so far I have not been able to print. I've trashed the drivers etc and reinstalled, and I've even tried the newest drivers available from HP.
