This began this morning. I was at breakfast and tried to get my email for work. I normally just hit the email tab and whatever is new on the comcast server shows up on my phone. This morning...nothing. No matter how many times I did it it just stayed on the last msg downloaded from last night. When I got home a couple hours later and checked comcast webmail from my laptop, I had 30 new msgs.


So, I deleted the account on my phone and set it up again. NOW, it downloads the 25 msgs at a time BUT the last date is Sept 20 2010. It only pulls msgs from a month ago ?!?!

I am totally confused.

Do you know what email protocol you are trying to use? POP, IMAP, etc.

Sometimes the iPhone email client won't get new messages. If you are running iOS 4, double-click your home button, find the mail icon, then press and hold until they begin to shake. Press the red x to close mail. Now it should get new messages.
